The Parish Council owns and maintains many assets within the community, including telephone boxes, recreation grounds, public toilets, allotments, war memorial and a civic cemetery. Below is information on the most popular of the public amenities.
There are two recreation grounds maintained by the Parish Council, one at Bull Lane and the other at Poplar View.
The recreation ground at Bull Lane is located adjacent to the village hall, has pedestrian access via School Lane and vehicle access via Bull Lane with ample parking. Facilities include a toddler play area and an all ages children's play area.
There is also a football pitch which is available to hire at a cost of £25 per game. Please contact the Parish Clerk for further information on pitch hire. There are changing room/toilet facilities available by separate negotiation with the village hall.
The recreation ground at Poplar View has no facilities and limited parking.
The Civic Cemetery is located adjacent to the cemetery of St Peter & St Paul Church, Boughton under Blean.
The Civic Cemetery is primarily for people who have been resident in the Parish for a significant proportion of their life. The cemetery comprises of both a Burial Ground and a Garden of Remembrance.

The Parish Council allotment site is located on Brickfield Lane, Boughton under Blean.
If you are interested in obtaining a plot, please contact the Parish Clerk to check on availability. Plots are currently charged rent at £15 per annum.
